This second version of the Type E seems to just be a simplification of the meter's design and to eliminate the 'shelf' in the cover. The light-load adjustment vane was eliminated and the lower yoke of the stator was modified so that it could be tilted to either side to act as the light-load adjustment. The thin sheet brass cover previously used was replaced with one made of cast iron(!).	Scan by Bill Ostrander
